In Mailytics your username is your email so changing your username means changing the email you used to set up the account. If you have a new email address and need to update this information in Mailytics then you can find these options within the settings tab. To go to settings hover over your name on the top right and click settings. You will then be taken to the "Profile" settings tab where you will see your current name and email address we have on file. To change your email address simply click on the email address dialogue box and type in your new address. Once you have entered your new email address, scroll to the bottom of the page and click save changes. You will be sent a confirmation email to your new email address


To change your password you will also need to go to the "Profile" tab in settings. Here you will see the "Change Password" button next to where you inputted your email address. Click this button and fill out the required information. Once you have entered in all the required information then click on the "Change Password" button and your password will now be updated.
